The salesman, Shaun, came out to measure and give us a quote and explained the product and all it's features. At no point in time did he pressure us to buy. The product sells itself. The installation crew was very good, fast, and polite. Jonathan explained everything I would need to know about the awning before he left, and he also cleaned up all his mess which is unseal in my experiences with contractors. I would also like to compliment your secretary who was very helpful when I called to set the appointment. I was very impressed with all of your people and just wanted your to know that I am referring you to my neighbor who will soon be buying a retractable awning from your company also.
