Convert your existing porch! This is a wonderful way to turn your existing screen porch from a semi-waste of space to your favorite room. Any type of window would work well, whether year-round or 3-Season. Costs will vary depending on type of windows used and what type of work needs to be done, such as flooring, roof & ceiling work, and the understructure. This type of project is much more difficult to estimate without seeing the job.

Having the same warmth factor as a single pane glass window, they allow you to keep the screen porch feel, because the windows still off the room 75% ventilation.
