There are many factors involved in estimating the cost of your new
patio room but, if you fill out this form, we can give you a rough
idea.

Our year round vinyl frame sunroom offers:
Double pane glass with vinyl frame windows, 3/4" insulated .
Horizontal roller windows with full screen double operating windows; or half-screen and single operating windows.
Casement, single hung and picture windows available.
Vinyl siding glass doors, thermal swing doors, and French doors available.
3" wall system.
3", 4", or 6" roof available with option of OSB exterior for shingles.
Shed style or A-frame roofs.
Skylights (fixed or operable).
Colonial units (grids) on inside of insulated glass.
Ceiling fan beams.
White on almond window frame.
Gutter or fascia system.
Low E and argon gas standard, with 8 tints available.
Patio rooms are also available with double pane glass but with aluminum frame instead of vinyl. This is considered more like 3 1/2 season and is a great way to have a good amount of efficiency for the room without the vinyl frame costs. You should not, however, open your house wall to this.
Green Alert: If you want to be the greenest sunroom owner in town, we now have triple pane glass available for our sunrooms! You just can’t find this anywhere else. Add our 6” or 8” insulated roof system with almost an insulation factor of R30, you will have the most efficient sunroom this side of Germany. Even Gore will be proud! Inquire for details.
