  1. Measure the sunroom desired, width x projection:
          
     
  2. Tell us about the foundation:
    Is there an existing  concrete foundation or insulated platform, or will one need to be built for the sunroom?  If there is an existing structure we may be able to use it but additional costs usually apply, such as additional support, insulating underneath and plywood on top of deck for room.  Existing concrete pads usually will need a perimeter footer and may need to be leveled.

    With this information we are able to simply estimate the cost of the project.  You will want to consider a few other things, such as additional costs for electrical work in the room; whether you want a heat/AC unit installed in the room; the costs of the final flooring (carpet, tile, etc.); and whether or not you want to have the house wall finished off with sheetrock or some type of T111.
